Process for Site Maintenance

  • The Towerco or Telco sends CSAL an Email ( stating the nature of work to be carried out on the site, site code, site address, the day of visit, duration and number of personnel working on the site.
  • CSAL through a stamped and signed access pass will fill in this information and send it back to the Telco or Towerco. A copy will also be sent to the client concerned.
  • Access will be granted to the bearer of this form.
